A: The website migration service that we are offering is free of cost (to a certain extent). We’ll migrate your web site(s) to our super–modern cloud hosting platform without you needing to do anything. We know from experience that switching web hosting providers can result in lost information and unnecessary network downtime. That’s the reason why we will do all that for you at no cost!We’ve got knowledgeable administrators whose main task is to make certain that your website works precisely as it did on your old web hosting platform. The administrators are experts in migrating custom–made websites, as well as websites that are based upon well–known apps like WordPress and Joomla^™.

A: While we cannot give you an exact time window, because there are a lot of variables, among them the size of the web files and databases, the location of the present host’s server, the complexity of your web site and the present workload of our Website Migration Department, etc., we will do our very best to move your web site within 48h, and in certain cases – within 24h (when the content is not very large).

A: Yeah. We’ll need the name of the site that you’d like us to transfer. We’ll also need a way to log into your current web hosting account so that we can get the content pertaining to your website.

When we have finished the transfer, your web site will be configured to work on our web hosting platform and we will ask you to preview it. If everything is working properly, all you will need to do is change the name server records for your domain. Your web site will be transferred to us without any downtime whatsoever.

A: Nope. Aside from your login details for the Control Panel, we will not need anything. We’ll never contact your hosting provider. They will not know anything about the migration either.

A: We support all Linux–based web hosting platforms. Generally, if we can access your Control Panel, we will be able to migrate your web site.The only platforms that we don’t support are closed–source web site building platforms such as Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square, Mr Site, etc.
