Our Australian–based data center was built to work in accordance with enhanced Tier III standards, meaning that it offers a 99.982% network uptime guarantee. The facility is directly connected to the National Grid via two separate 20 MVA power feeds. In case anything goes wrong, 22 diesel generators are ready to take over the load at any time.

Amaze also offers N+1 cooling options, which means that we are able to add as many web hosting servers as we need, without needing to change the available cooling capacity. This allows us to add extra servers to our shared website hosting platform at any given moment, without putting them at risk of overheating.

We’ve got a team of highly competent techs who are working onsite 24/7/365 to guarantee unparalleled security levels. They are using BMS systems to monitor all the vital mechanical appliances and SCADA systems to monitor the electrical appliances. By means of 24x7x365 video surveillance and mantraps, they control the access to the facility.

We have also built a custom monitoring and alerting system, which enables our administrators to oversee the server network and to adhere to our 99.9% uptime guarantee.

We’ve been working with Amaze for several years now and have placed a considerable number of servers in the data center. Our server network includes production servers, billing servers, administration servers, testing servers, backup servers and many more.
